Job summary

Ho-Chunk, Inc. & All Native Group seeks a Mold / Moisture / Envelope Technician to serve as the certified lead for mold, moisture and building envelope issues in occupied barracks and housing facilities on DoD installations.

The role assesses conditions, contains and dries affected areas, remediates small areas and documents results. Candidates must have IICRC WRT/AMRT (or state equivalents), OSHA-10, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check and respirator fit test.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current IICRC WRT and AMRT certifications (or state-recognized mold remediation cert) required.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Must pass respirator fit test and background check.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assess reported mold and moisture; identify water source.
• Set up containment and drying equipment; perform small-area remediation.
• Repair building envelope defects (sealant, flashing, roof, windows).
• Document each job with photos, moisture readings and clearance evidence.
• Communicate with residents and coordinate third-party clearance testing when required.
• Follow respiratory protection program and PPE protocols.
