Job summary

INTEGRA Biosciences Corp. in Hudson, NH is seeking two Mold / Manufacturing Technicians for on-site work on 1st or 2nd shift. The role supports injection molding and automation operations, with responsibilities from mold changes to equipment troubleshooting and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of manufacturing or process technician experience.
• Injection molding experience is required.
• Experience with automation, robotics, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Proficient with measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove molds including hot-runner systems.
• Perform full automation changeovers (Sailor 96/384, EOA tooling).
• Troubleshoot molding processes, automation, robotics, and controls.
• Perform roll changes on bagging machines and qualification tests (leak test).
• Optimize processes for quality and cycle time improvements.
• Provide real-time feedback to Manufacturing Engineering.
• Support introduction of new equipment/processes during development transfer.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues, get support from engineers as required.
• Mentor and guide less-experienced team members.
• Maintain high-level housekeeping, safety awareness, and documentation.

On-site | 1st or 2nd Shift
INTEGRA Biosciences is a global leader in innovative liquid handling solutions for the medical, biotech, pharmaceutical, and food industries. We're seeking two (2) experienced Mold / Manufacturing Technicians to support our injection molding and automation operations. One position is available on each of the following: 1st shift (6:30am-3:00pm) or 2nd shift (2:30pm-11:00pm).

What You'll Do

• Install and remove molds including hot-runner systems
• Perform full automation changeovers (Sailor 96/384, EOA tooling)
