Job summary

Hi-Tech Mold & Engineering, Inc. is seeking an energetic apprentice for a mold maker role. You will receive on-the-job training under an experienced mold maker, learning basic injection mold components, CAD reading, and mold maintenance.

The trainee will perform tasks assigned by the manager and support other departments as needed. Day and night shift opportunities exist, with night shift receiving a shift premium.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn a skilled trade.
• Experience with hand tools, precision tools, and measuring devices is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and math abilities are required for training and mold maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on mold making tasks with supervision.
• Learn injection tool components, mold maintenance, and CAD interpretation.
• Support other departments as needed by the manager.
