Job summary
CREO Group is seeking a Mold Maker II / Lathe Programmer in Chambersburg, PA. The role involves programming and operating CNC lathes, fabricating precision mold components, and supporting mold assembly and maintenance.
Advanced knowledge of CNC turning, programming, and mold-making techniques is required. The candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently in a Tool and Die environment.
Qualifications
- 2+ years CNC turning center experience, HAAS preferred.
- Experience reading blueprints and GD&T.
- Ability to design/jig fixtures for turning operations.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently in Tool & Die environment.
Responsibilities
- Program and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce mold components.
- Interpret blueprints to ensure dimensional accuracy and tolerances.
- Fabricate jigs and fixtures for turning operations.
- Perform first article inspections with precise measuring tools.
