Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Tool Maker Apprentice to learn to build, repair, and maintain precision plastic injection molds within NyproMold operations in Clinton, MA. Responsibilities

• Assist in the manufacturing, assembly, and repair of molds

Position Overview

The Tool Maker Apprentice will work under the guidance of experienced toolmakers to learn the skills required to build, repair, and maintain precision plastic injection molds. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop a career in precision manufacturing and machining. The Apprentice supports day-to-day manufacturing and production activities while gaining hands‑on experience in an operations environment. The role focuses on learning standard production processes, safety practices, and quality requirements while contributing to operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Work Environment

This position operates in a precision manufacturing environment and requires adherence to all company safety policies and procedures. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required.

The hourly pay range for this role is $16.00 - $32.00. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
