Qualifications

• Experience in mold making and tooling repair.
• Ability to interpret drawings and models.
• Proficiency with CNC and manual machining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build new molds from raw materials using CNC and manual machining equipment.
• Repair and modify existing molds using CNC and manual machining equipment.
• Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble molds for repair and evaluation.
• Review and interpret drawings and models.
• Operate lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, and other manual/CNC equipment.
• Use precision measurement tools to ensure tight tolerance machining and final fitting.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot tooling issues and recommend improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following company and industry safety standards.
• Perform other Tool Room-related duties as assigned.
