This is a skilled profession requiring technical and apprenticeship training. Must be willing to learn and engage in shop safety and practices in accordance with STERIS guidelines. Receive education and techniques in manufacturing of Mold components and fixturing for repeatability and unsurpassed quality. Ability to receive knowledge by all Tool room staff in proper practices and GD&T. Willingness to learn CAD based programs and G & M code.
