Job summary

PlayCore Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Mold Technician to build, repair, and finalize silicone molds in our Colorado manufacturing facility in Louisville. The role requires handling molds, reading production schedules, and working safely in a warm environment.

The candidate should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, use basic hand tools, and work well both independently and as part of a team. PPE is required. Opportunities for growth are available within the manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Ability to read SKUs, colors, and production schedules.
• Must wear PPE (safety glasses, shoes, attire).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warm manufacturing environment.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and pour new silicone molds according to production requirements.
• Repair, adjust, and re‑mold existing molds to extend service life.
• Prepare and finish mold masters and mold components.
• Replace worn or damaged molds as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and finish mold masters and mold components
• Replace worn or damaged molds as needed
