Job summary

SITE Staffing Inc. is seeking Mold Maintenance Techs for 1st shift (7am-3:30pm) and 2nd shift (3:30pm-Midnight). Pay ranges from $36 to $42 per hour based on experience, with a 5% shift differential for night hours.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair of plastic molds and hot systems, plus hands-on use of toolroom equipment to repair or improve molds. Opportunities to work with MGS Engineering and perform setups are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Mechanically inclined and reliable.
• Familiar with hand tools.
• Familiar with repairing and preventative maintenance of molds is preferred.
• Understanding of toolroom equipment such as mills, surface grinders, and lathes is preferred.
• Lock out/Tag out and Forklift experience.
• Ability to read and follow step by step work instructions.

Experience and Skills

• Understanding of toolroom equipment such as mills, surface grinders, and lathes is preferred.
• Understanding of mold building and injection molding process is preferred.
• Lock out/Tag out and Forklift experience.
• Ability to read and follow step by step work instructions.
