Qualifications

• Six to twelve months of competent performance in the wax molding operations.
• Ability to read, interpret and follow specifications on Technique Cards, load cards and other types of special instructions.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
• Ability to work alone with limited supervision.
• Written language skills required.
• Physical ability to perform the essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding machines to produce wax pattern and gating components of high quality.
• Inspect, trim and clean wax parts as required; train less experienced operators as assigned.
• Set up, monitor and control mold machine functions; keep dies clean.
• Ensure proper wax supplies and safety practices are followed; document modifications.
