Job summary

Plasman is seeking a Mold/Motan Tech-Injection Molding team member in Lawrenceburg, TN. The role focuses on loading raw materials, managing resin drying, and ensuring parts are produced to spec with quality controls.

The position requires 1–3 years in a similar role, knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001, and the ability to interpret production reports. Work environment is an automotive manufacturing plant with safety and environmental compliance expectations.

Qualifications

• High School or technical training; equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in a similar position.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Ability to interpret production reports and manage material control.

Responsibilities

• Distribute raw material and finished product within the plant.
• Carry out loading resin and maintaining dryers and hoppers per order.
• Generate maintenance work orders when equipment is damaged.
• Ensure resin is properly dried and material levels are adequate.
• Identify materials and finishes before delivering to production/warehouse.
• Maintain 5's in the work area and dryers; ensure safety and environment policies.
• Support mold changes, assembly, and water line connections as needed.
• Follow up on mold repairs and production plan; assist supervisor.
