Qualifications

• Experience in environmental services, HVAC, or building maintenance is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to inspect mold contamination and water damage.
• Explain remediation options and provide consultations on prevention and removal.
• Measure air quality and humidity with testing equipment.
• Collect samples to identify mold types and determine treatment methods.
• Install drying equipment and conduct post-remediation testing.
