Job summary

Cambro Manufacturing is seeking a Set-Up Tech I to manage the mold change process at our temperature-controlled NC facility. This role requires basic injection mold processing skills and a valid forklift certification. Responsibilities include setup and cleanup of molds and machinery while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace. Flexibility for overtime is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Must have valid class C license for forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete mold change process including mold/supply preparation.
• Execute changes and set up auxiliary/secondary equipment.
• Maintain reliable attendance and follow safety procedures.

Skills

Basic injection mold processing skills

Mechanical/electrical/hydraulics training
