Job summary

Yokohama TWS in the United States is seeking a Mold and Bladder Maintenance Associate to change bladders and molds, program tire recipes, and coordinate mold changes with lead. The role supports production by operating presses, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Hands-on, mechanically inclined.
• Skilled with hand and power tools.
• Comfortable operating heavy equipment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Good physical condition; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Detail oriented and quality minded.
• Team player.
• Experience in manufacturing.
• Tool/Die/Mold setup experience.

Responsibilities

• Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments.
• Operate machinery and equipment.
• Set up and operate the curing press.
• Occasionally check curing press parameters (temperature, time, etc.).
• Provide suggestions for equipment replacement.
• Operate dry ice blasting unit.
• Keep inventory of items needed to maintain production.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment/department.
