Job summary

Interfor Corporation in Molalla, Oregon is hiring a Production Entry Level Sawmill. Starting rate is $23.93 per hour. You will perform cleanup, help maintain lumber flow, and assist with mill operations to keep production moving.

We emphasize safety, teamwork, and flexibility. All shifts are possible, and training is provided; background checks and pre-employment drug tests are required.

Qualifications

• Willing to work all days and shifts.

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete clean-up and ground maintenance of assigned area(s).
• Safely assist with keeping a steady flow of lumber throughout the mill.
• Perform any other duties to keep the mill in operation.
• Perform all work in accordance with Interfor’s safety policies and standards.
• Must adhere to an absolute lock-out/tag-out policy.
• Physical requirements include walking, standing, sitting, climbing stairs, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
