Job Description

The Spa Concierge is responsible for orienting guests to The Spa facilities, preparing and closing The Spa guest areas, maintaining spa cleanliness, and performing prep work behind the scenes to assist in providing the World Class Standard. The Spa Concierge provides extraordinary personal guest service throughout the guests' visits.

Responsibilities

1. Prepares spaces for guest arrival, including cleaning, sanitation, stocking/restocking supplies, and replacing linen.
2. Greets guests, providing information and directions as necessary.
3. Follows and maintains Forbes 4 Star Standards.
4. Instructs guests on where to change and dress for treatments and experiences.
5. Maintains locker rooms, shower areas, vanities, and Aquavana spaces in sanitary and safe condition.
6. Ensures all guest lounge and deck areas are neat and well-maintained.
7. Maintains spa spaces to ensure they are neat and safe.
8. Ensures guests are properly checked in and out of lockers as needed.
9. Participates in periodic product inventory as directed.
10. Conducts tours of the spa and related facilities.

Qualifications

1. Customer service experience is highly preferred.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Effective communication skills in a professional environment.
4. Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours per day.
5. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 lbs.
6. Flexible schedule, including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
