We are now assembling an ambitious team to develop disruptive products aligned with the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business model to conquer the US market.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Product Coordinator in Production / Supply Chain Management. This role offers an opportunity to play a vital part in our product development and enhancement efforts. As a Product Coordinator, you will ensure the seamless execution of tasks and timelines, supporting various teams and stakeholders.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your contributions will impact the organization significantly. Here’s how you will make a difference:
• Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Marketing, Product) to manage and coordinate tasks and schedules.
• Coordinate with external partners (suppliers, factories) to meet requirements.
• Use management tools such as Jira and Asana to track progress and meet deadlines.
• Monitor milestones, identify potential risks proactively, and develop contingency plans.
• Draft and distribute timely updates to internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a central point for inquiries and information sharing.
• Collect, categorize, and share feedback from teams and partners.
• Translate insights into actionable plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Manage feedback loops to promote continuous improvement and alignment with goals.
• Use data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
• Apply agile methodologies to enhance efficiency and flexibility.
• Foster an agile culture within the team and organization.
• Create, update, and maintain all relevant documents and knowledge repositories.
