Java Tech Lead (U.S Client – Banking Domain) – Up to $3200
This role is suited for a capable developer with expertise in Java. The key skills and experience include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Over 5 years of experience as a Software Developer and at least 2 years in a technical lead role.
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in both Front-end and Back-end development.
- Experience with Web Services: SOAP/RESTful.
- Extensive experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services.
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Application Servers.
- Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Microservices, Integration, Message Brokers, and Caching.
- Experience with Cloud Computing platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including high/low-level design, design patterns, and unit testing.
- Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools.
