Qualifications

• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Expertise in the use of surgical instruments and maintaining sterile environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop care plans tailored to patient needs.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative education to patients and families.
• Prepare the surgical area by organizing instruments, equipment, and anesthesia.
• Assist the surgeon during Mohs procedures and maintain a sterile field.
• Document all aspects of patient care in the EMR system.
• Maintain accurate records of follow-up communications and post-operative instructions.
• Operate and maintain sterilization equipment and ensure instrument readiness.
