Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in a dermatology or surgical setting preferred.
• CMA, RMA, LVN, LPN certifications preferred.
• EMR experience and sterile technique knowledge essential.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam and procedure rooms for Mohs surgery and other visits.
• Assist the Mohs surgeon during all stages of the procedure.
• Perform patient intake, including medical history and consent review.
• Provide wound care instructions and post-procedure education.
• Process tissue specimens for pathology per protocol.
• Document procedures, meds, and follow-up in EMR.
