Job Summary

Our Line Cooks make the kitchen magic happen. They prepare high-quality meals for our customers following our tasty recipes, work closely with our Chef to maintain the high standards of Moe’s Kitchen, and help create an exceptional dining experience for our customers.

Company Overview

Arena Sports is a family-run business dedicated to family fun. We offer great soccer leagues and classes year-round. We also offer other ways to play, celebrate, and learn through our camps, birthday parties, inflatable FunZones, restaurants, and Family Entertainment Centers.

Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, and maintain cook stations
• Prepare menu items per established recipes (must obtain a Food Handler's permit)
• Adhere to strict kitchen protocols that meet health and safety standards
• Stock inventory and supplies
• Help maintain a clean kitchen, including washing dishes
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager

Qualifications

• Moe's Kitchen Line Cooks are team players who are organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous culinary experience is preferred but not required
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to work weekends
