Moe's GENERAL MANAGER Fast Casual Restaurant

Full Time Easton, PA, US

The general manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of Moe's Southwest Grill. This includes ensuring that all guests are satisfied with their dining experience, overseeing the development and performance of managers, shift leaders and team members, and managing labor and food costs.

OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate front and back of house procedures for a smooth service. Follow all safety rules and guidelines to protect guests and employees. Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of exterior, kitchen and dining areas.
Manage food flow from ordering, receiving, storing and serving to ensure high quality product, proper portioning and low waste.
Weekly inventories.

GUEST SERVICE

Ensure guest satisfaction in areas of Quality, Service & Cleanliness.

PERSONNEL

Develop all team members by providing ongoing training regarding operational and safety issues. Conduct performance reviews to establish and evaluate performance goals. Maintain a professional image including cleanliness, uniforms and appearance standards. Ability to effectively supervise 15-25 team members to achieve desired goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous restaurant leadership experience is a MUST.
Food Safe Certified. Hands-on management style is essential. Passion for great food.
Self- motivated with strong organizational skills. Extremely personable with professional appearance.

Valid Driver's License Preferred
