Qualifications

• Previous restaurant leadership experience is a must.
• Food Safe Certification or equivalent.
• Hands-on management style with a passion for great food.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front and back of house procedures for smooth service.
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and dining areas.
• Develop team members with ongoing training and performance reviews.
• Supervise 15-25 team members to achieve goals.
