Job summary

Pilot Company in Midland, TX is hiring for a restaurant-focused team member. You will provide fast, friendly, and clean service, operate cash registers, and keep the restaurant tidy and welcoming for guests. This is an on-site role within our travel center and Moe's restaurant environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong guest service, basic cash handling, and teamwork. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays is common; previous experience is preferred but not always required.

• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
