Job summary

Leidos is seeking a mid-level MOE Analyst to provide data-driven assessments of strategic communications operations. The analyst will leverage multi-source data to produce evidence-based evaluations of operational effectiveness, with experience in marketing analytics, behavioral analytics, or data-driven reporting.

Required: TS/SCI with Poly, a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, and 4+ years of relevant experience; Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a TS/SCI with Poly
• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on Data Analysis
• 4+ years of experience contributing to analysis activities in marketing analytics, public opinion research, behavioral analytics, data visualization, or data-driven reporting
• Or 5+ years of experience with targeting or analysis efforts in support of Sponsor

Responsibilities

• Applying scientific methodology for data collection, structuring, and analysis of multi-source data to produce evidence-based assessments of operational effectiveness
• Maintaining daily communication with Sponsor operational components to sustain situational awareness and provide MOE Operational Input during initial design stages
• Identifying data collection gaps and supporting the application of data-driven metrics to operational assessments
• Contributing to the production of MOE Assessment Briefs, Quarterly MOE Input, and Operational or Strategic MOE Assessments as directed
• Accessing and synthesizing data from multiple source types
