The role emphasizes continuous improvement across production lines and collaboration with safety, manufacturing, and quality teams. Responsibilities include developing testing methods, leading efficiency and cost-reduction projects, and creating essential engineering documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop sampling, inspection, testing methods for products.
• Lead process improvement projects to increase efficiency and quality.
• Enforce safe work methods and plant safety rules.
• Drive cross-functional improvements with safety, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Develop training plans for process engineering and Six Sigma/Lean.
• Create PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.
• Maintain regular progress reports on plant improvements.
• Support EHS initiatives to improve worker safety.
