Job summary

Happiest Minds Technologies is seeking a senior software engineer to help build AI agents and AI workflows on Azure. You will leverage .NET (C#) or Python, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures to integrate enterprise systems.

Knowledge of LLM concepts like Prompt Engineering, RAG, Tool Calling, and Vector/Search is required. Join a team delivering scalable AI solutions with modern tooling such as Git, CI/CD, and cloud services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 1+ year of experience building AI agents, AI workflows, or agentic applications.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong backend development experience in .NET (C#) or Python.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems using APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Understanding of LLM concepts including Prompt Engineering, RAG, Tool Calling, Function Calling, Vector Search, and Semantic Search.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and modern software engineering practices.

• Familiarity with React or modern web frameworks is a plus but not required.
