Job summary

Digital Risk Mortgage Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Module Lead to guide a full stack development effort. You will develop rich web applications using C#, .NET, and WebAPI within an Agile environment while guiding an offshore team in India and engaging with customer stakeholders.

You will mentor developers, drive technical direction, ensure code quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to manage risks and delivery milestones, leveraging your strong backend and frontend expertise.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of hands-on web application development with strong .NET/C# expertise.
• Experience with Angular 8+ and HTML5/CSS3/Bootstrap.
• Proven experience leading offshore teams (6–10 resources).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of rich UI web applications and mentor the project team in technical aspects

• Implement Agile practices and oversee unit testing and design thinking within the development process

Required qualifications

• B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in web application development with strong proficiency in .Net and C#
• Experience with Angular 8+, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap
• Proven experience in leading teams of 6-10 resources in an offshore setting
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
