You will manage development efforts and ensure timely product delivery by collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position offers a competitive salary range of $132,400—$179,200, along with exceptional benefits including stock grants and unlimited PTO.
Qualifications
- Experience leading complex development projects.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing process flows.
- Ability to coordinate product release and delivery.
Responsabilités
- Drive design and validation for photonics and packaging projects.
- Oversee development of testing fixtures.
- Communicate program risks/status to stakeholders.
- Interface with suppliers on development activities.
Connaissances
Leadership in photonics or semiconductor projects
Understanding of photonics module packaging
Excellent communication skills
Experience with agile methodologies
Familiarity with Atlassian tools
