Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.**Minimum Qualifications:**- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related fields with 6+ years of experience - Master’s degree in engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related fields with 4+ years of experience. - PhD in Optics, Physics, Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields with 2+ years of experience.Experience listed above should be a combination of the following:- Demonstrated expertise in optical characterization, scripting, statistics, data analytics, and problem solving.- Leadership experience in managing engineering team and driving results in complex environments **Preferred Qualifications:**- Experience in Metrology and defect inspections equipment, semiconductor fabrication, packaging technologies, or advanced module engineering. - Strong technical understanding and ability to distill conflicting data inputs into actionable solutions. - Familiarity with wafer equipment, processes, or singulation techniques.- Experience as a technical leadership role or metrology tool ownership.
