Dynamic Homes, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., is hiring a Shingle Crew Member in Detroit Lakes, MN. This full-time role supports roofing installation in a controlled manufacturing environment, with a Monday–Thursday schedule and potential evenings or Fridays based on production needs.

Key duties include handling shingles, vents, flashing, and related components, reading blueprints, and adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights up to 14 feet.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to take accurate measurements.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install roofing materials in a controlled manufacturing environment.
• Use hand and power tools including shingle knives, nail guns, and shears.
• Install vents, roof jacks, edge flashing, and shingles per specs.
• Identify required materials from purchase orders and production docs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE as required.
• Support cross-training and production needs.
