Qualifications

• 3–5 years of quality control/assurance experience in manufacturing or construction.
• Ability to read, mark up, and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
• Familiarity with modular or off‑site construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QC Inspectors and Technicians.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation.
• Oversee non‑conformance reporting and resolution.

Skills

Quality control/assurance experience

Supervisory or team lead experience

Strong knowledge of quality tools

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education

Degree in Quality, Manufacturing Technology, Construction Management or related field

CQT or CQI certification
