Spherion Staffing is partnering with a leading manufacturing company to hire skilled Modular Plumbing Installers for clean, climate-controlled modular units in Minnesota. You will install water, waste, and vent piping, fit fixtures, and fabricate pipes using hand and power tools, following blueprints and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• System Installation: Install water, waste, and vent piping systems in modular units.
• Fixture Fitting: Fit and install appliances and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and dishwashers.
• Fabrication: Measure, cut, bend, and thread pipes using hand/power tools and machinery.
• Assembly: Connect pipe sections, valves, and fittings using appropriate materials and industry‑standard techniques.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and perform pressure/leak tests to ensure flawless installations.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with production team members to meet efficiency targets and improve workflow.
• Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized work area and support general production duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with plumbing in some capacity required.
• Ability to handle prolonged periods of standing, climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling.
• Must be able to safely lift up to 70 lbs.
