Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. in Houston, TX seeks a Corporate Counsel to provide practical, business‑oriented legal support across commercial transactions, construction and industrial projects, manufacturing operations, risk management, regulatory compliance, and labor matters.

You will draft and negotiate a broad range of agreements, support procurement in RFPs, ensure customer requirements flow to subcontractors, manage disputes, coordinate with outside counsel, and help shape governance and IP protection.

Qualifications

• JD required and bar admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience in corporate/commercial law and in-house practice a plus.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, construction, and industrial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements (modular equipment, construction, service, purchase orders).
• Advise on regulatory compliance (OSHA, environmental, manufacturing standards, import/export controls).
• Support labor and employment matters and investigations; manage disputes with outside counsel.
