Job summary

Qualifications

• Education level can be less than high school; or minimal related experience.
• Manufacturing or modular housing experience is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keeps the area neat and clean.
• Reads and uses a tape measure
• Reads blueprints and orders
• Communicate well with coworkers
• Uses hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools
