Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking a Production Worker to join the Floor Framing team in Claysburg, PA. Under general supervision, you will build manufactured housing on the production line and contribute to quality work in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires basic measurement and reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and collaborating with coworkers. Prior manufacturing experience is valued; training is provided, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired.

Responsibilities

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keeps the area neat and clean.
• Reads and uses a tape measure.
• Reads blueprints and orders.
• Communicate well with coworkers.
• Uses hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.
