Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of relevant construction/work experience.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment including physical demands.
• Able to lift 75 lbs and stand 8+ hours.
• Able to work overtime as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with Plant and Safety procedures.
• Prep and fill and sand area for painting.
• Paint areas using spray guns, rollers, and brushes for best finish.
• Achieve level 4 smooth finish and all trim.
• Clean and maintain all equipment.
• Work in a safe manner.
