Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of carpentry experience.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing, sheathing, and installation of walls, floors, and ceilings.
• Assemble and install cabinetry, doors, windows, and trim in modules.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and digital plans.
• Use hand and power tools to perform tasks with precision.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets standards.
• Collaborate with carpenters and trades to complete tasks on time.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to resolve issues.
• Move materials and organize workstations to ensure production flow.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of tools and materials.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
• Maintain carpentry tools and equipment.
