Adecco US, Inc. is recruiting for a Framer in a full-volume modular manufacturing setting. The role focuses on rough carpentry, building walls, floors, and roof trusses under detailed instructions to produce high-quality modular units.

Shift is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Pay ranges from $17 to $27 per hour based on experience, with a contract-to-hire pathway after a probationary period.

Qualifications

• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently while meeting deadlines.
• Previous construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of proper use of construction tools and equipment (framing guns, routers, drills, cordless tools, etc.).
• Willingness to learn and take on varied responsibilities.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilités

• Perform rough carpentry with moderate supervision.
• Measure, mark, and cut lumber to build walls, floors, and roof trusses.
• Nail lumber together to construct walls, floors, and roof trusses.
• Assemble wall panels and framing components.
• Cut and shape materials and join them using nails, screws, bolts, or glue.
• Read and interpret blueprints or sketches to determine framing layouts.
• Follow work orders and assembly instructions accurately.
• Install sheathing and roofing materials to complete framing.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Communicate openly with Leads and Supervisors.
• Promote and follow all safety guidelines and tool usage practices.
