Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Equivalent industrial construction experience will be considered
• 8+ years of industrial construction, fabrication, or EPC project management experience
• Experience managing large modular fabrication or heavy industrial projects preferred
• Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication, pipe fabrication/installations, mechanical equipment installation, electrical/instrumentation systems, industrial coatings, heavy haul and module transportation

Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for modular fabrication projects from handoff through closeout
• Develop and execute project execution plans aligned with contract requirements
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk
• Serve as primary client interface and report project status
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with safety policies
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, coatings, and testing activities
• Coordinate material procurement and logistics to ensure material flow
• Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement
