Job summary

DPR Construction's OES Equipment unit seeks a Project Manager - Modular to lead modular construction projects in Ashland, VA. You will provide full project leadership, manage a multidisciplinary team, and coordinate with subs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in CM/engineering, have 7 years in construction, 1–2 years in management, and OSHA 30; willingness to complete OSHA 30 within 6 months is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of construction professionals to achieve exceptional performance.
• Oversees end-to-end project execution with project teams, monitoring progress and addressing complex issues.
• Maintains safety, quality, and schedule compliance; leads procurement and contract administration.

Education
