MODLOGIQ is seeking a dependable Construction Laborer to assist with modular building installation, site preparation, and general labor tasks. You will support crews to maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality work environments while helping projects stay on schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous construction, laborer, or modular building experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, assembly, and setup of modular buildings and related structures
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment
• Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after construction activities
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment as needed
• Assist skilled tradespersons with carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work
• Perform demolition, excavation, and site preparation activities when required
• Maintain a safe work environment by following company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Handle material staging, inventory, and general site organization
• Remove debris and dispose of waste materials properly
• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks as assigned
• Travel to project locations as required
