PENNYMAC in Carrollton, TX seeks a Modifications Supervisor to oversee loan modification documents and resolve disputes with Attorneys and the Mediations Department. You will lead staff coverage, ensure system functionality, create procedures, and manage the workflow for a compliant, efficient operation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 10+ years in loan origination operations, FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC experience, and strong Excel/Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee document integrity for loan modifications and escalate disputed matters with Pennymac Attorneys and the Mediations Department.
• Support staff in absence of Director of Operations and ensure system functionality for daily job functions.
• Create policy and procedures for staff and manage the pipeline and workload.
• Provide feedback on audit reviews to drive compliance and learning; perform related duties as required and aligned with company values.

A Typical Day

The Modifications Supervisor will oversee document integrity for loan modifications. As the Supervisor, you will handle escalated matters on file dispute and resolution with Pennymac Attorneys and Mediations Department.

The Modifications Supervisor will:

• Support staff in absence of Director of Operations
• Ensure system functionality in order to perform Job Functions
• Create policy and procedures for staff
• Manage pipeline and distribute workload
• Provide feedback on audit reviews to staff to ensure compliance and learning
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

What You’ll Bring

Compensation

Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

• Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
• Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
• Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
