Job summary

Computacenter (UK) Ltd in the United States is actively seeking a senior professional to lead end-user compute and enterprise endpoint management initiatives. You will partner with business leaders to deliver secure, scalable solutions and play a key role in designing end-to-end UEM architectures for top global clients.

The position focuses on modern endpoint management using Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Workspace One, MECM, and related technologies, spanning Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of solution selling experience in the end-user space.
• Proven experience with Mobile Device Management (Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Workspace One).
• Endpoint security experience, especially Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver services aligned with Winning Together values.
• Design enterprise UEM and EUC solutions across Microsoft, Apple, HP, Dell and Lenovo.
• Deliver end-to-end device lifecycle services for complex endpoint management.
• Support senior customer engagements, identify risks, and ensure robust, secure solutions.
• Understand platforms like Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Workspace One, MECM.
• Stay current with certifications and evolving security trends, tools and standards.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

• Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.
• Play a key role in designing solutions for our enterprise customers consisting of large‑scale Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and End User Compute (EUC) solutions across Microsoft, Apple, HP, Lenovo, Dell, and others.
• Solution complex endpoint management solutions for our customers including end‑to‑end device lifecycle services.
• Support customer engagements at a senior level, identifying risks and ensuring robust, secure solutions
• Understand industry‑leading platforms like Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Workspace One, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
• Stay ahead of the curve - maintain technical certifications and stay informed of evolving market trends, tools, and security standards.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and key internal stakeholders.

What you have

• 3-5 years solution selling experience in the end user space
• Proven experience with Mobile Device Management (Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Workspace One)
• Endpoint security experience, especially Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

• Legally eligible to work in the United States

• Strong Apple device management experience, including Apple Business Manager
• Deep understanding of Windows 11, macOS, and mobile device configurations
• Proficiency in client management tools like MECM and image creation (Autopilot, task sequences)
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with Intune Suite and Workspace One design
• Familiarity with other MDM tools like SOTI, Samsung Knox, or Good
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID
