Job summary

IDS International is seeking a Modeling and Simulation Support Lead to advance mission training through modeling, simulation, terrain, and media production. The role provides leadership for simulation activities and oversees terrain and media development.

The candidate will lead teams in virtual and constructive environments, edit videos, and author scenarios using Premiere, After Effects, and Terra Vista Dart. A Secret clearance and a Bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

Secret clearance
In-depth knowledge of Army Modeling and Simulation concepts
Experience supervising personnel
Two years of experience with virtual and constructive computer simulations, video editing, and authoring of specific simulation scenarios
Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere/After Effects and Terra Vista Dart or equivalent terrain creation tools

Responsibilities

Support Army modeling and simulation activities
Utilize Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Terra Vista Dart or equivalent terrain creation/authoring software
Support virtual and constructive computer simulations
Perform video editing and author simulation-specific scenarios
Provide leadership and supervision of simulation support personnel
Support media and terrain development requirements
