You'll design, develop, and integrate simulation environments, working with engineers, analysts, and SMEs to improve fidelity. You'll use C++, C#, Python, or Java, and collaborate on game‑based or virtual training platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Development, or a related technical discipline.
• TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 3+ years of software development experience in modeling, simulation, gaming, or virtual environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced modeling and simulation applications.
• Build and integrate simulation capabilities within larger mission and system architectures.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and SMEs to improve fidelity and performance.
• Develop new features, test, validate, and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Support interoperability and mission-focused testing including NCIP initiatives.
• Lead project planning, documentation, data collection, and stakeholder coordination.
