Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. seeks a Modeling & Simulation (M&S) Operational Analyst Modeler to support USCG analytics.

Responsibilities include building simulations, running war games, and delivering actionable insights for mission-level analyses. You will collaborate with engineers and analysts, applying OR techniques and statistical methods while coordinating with stakeholders to refine models and deliver robust results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Data Science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Modeling & Simulation experience for N81, USCG, or other military service.
• Experience with STORM, SWIFT, NSS, or AFSIM.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Active Secret clearance; ability to get TS/SCI within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytical, modeling, and simulation skills to solve complex warfighting problems for the USCG.
• Develop software using open-source tools and simulations to meet design requirements and support analyses.
• Build and execute analytical models using statistical methods, OR techniques, and regression analysis.
• Advise operations research analysts, scientists, and engineers on appropriate analytical approaches.
