People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Modeling and Simulation Specialist to build and refine training simulations at Fort Bragg, NC. You will develop, customize, and maintain simulation environments to support mission training objectives and ensure scenario accuracy with training staff and military personnel.

Required 2+ years with VBS 4, experience in 3D terrain development, and proficiency in Java, C++, or .NET. SECRET clearance may be required for this role.

Qualifications

• 4 years of related military experience may substitute.
• 2 years developing scenarios with Virtual Battle Space (VBS) 4.
• Familiarity building 3D terrain databases and entity objects.
• Experience with constructive/virtual computer simulations and modeling/simulation scenarios.

Position title: Modeling and Simulation Specialist Location: Fort Bragg (Fort Liberty), NC Clearance required: SECRET

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Build, operate, and refine constructive and virtual 2D/3D terrain and simulation scenarios.
• Develop, customize, and maintain simulation environments to support mission training objectives.
• Assist in scenario authoring, terrain development, and system configuration to support training execution.
• Coordinate with training staff, technical teams, and military personnel to ensure scenario accuracy and realism.
• Associate; 4 years of related military experience may substitute.
• 2 years developing scenarios with Virtual Battle Space (VBS) 4.
• Familiarity building 3D terrain databases and entity objects.
• Experience with constructive/virtual computer simulations, video editing, and authoring modeling/simulation scenarios; Army Mission Command and/or LVCG systems; one object-oriented language such as Java, C++, or.NET; military operational concepts.
