Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a Modeling and Simulation Analyst to support NAVWAR mission-critical analyses and lab operations at a customer site. The role involves developing recommendations from simulations, maintaining labs, and guiding proper use of simulation tools.

The position requires a degree in engineering, math, or CS and 5–10 years of M&S experience, with a Secret clearance and ability to obtain SCI. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Work with simulations that include analyses to develop recommendations and maintain system integration labs, facilities, and analysis tools.
  • Conduct M&S activities in support of analyses, exercises, wargames, and experiments conducted by the Government.
  • Provide instruction, oversight and guidance on the proper operation and use of simulation models and exercises.
  • Support live, constructive, or virtual training.
  • Utilize RF modeling and simulation software to visualize GPS denial in potentially affected areas.
  • Exhibit proficiency with GIANT, GIANT RPM, Builder, Systems Toolkit (STK), or other modeling and simulation programs.
