The role involves enhancing the AFSIM framework, collaborating with a diverse team of engineers and analysts, and delivering solutions for DoD and IC projects. The intern will gain exposure to modeling, graphics databases, and UI design while contributing to cutting-edge defense software.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or relevant technical degree.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher (GPA must be on resume).
• US citizenship with ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Experience with programming languages such as C++ and Python.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Support development of Modeling, Analytics, and Simulation Sciences projects.
• Evolve existing AFSIM modeling framework and codebase per customer needs.
• Collaborate with diverse software engineers and analysts in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop models of vehicles, sensors, and complex interactions to aid decision makers.
